On Sunday, August 2, the Tampa Bay area will be the center of the Fantasy Football universe for the Hooters World’s Largest Fantasy Football Draft Party. Hooters is inviting all new and existing fantasy football leagues and/or individual participants to register and be a part of the event from 2:00-6:00 pm on the West Club at Raymond James Stadium, home of the National Football League’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The first-ever event of this scale is free, with registration starting on Thursday, July 16.  A season-long prize of $5,000 cash will be up for grabs for all participants, who will enjoy food, drinks, sports celebrity appearances, entertainment and music in addition to the 15-round draft. 

“We considered many NFL cities to host this record-setting event, and Tampa with their large base of passionate football fans along with the first class facility in Raymond James Stadium was determined as our best fit,” said Carl Sweat, Chief Marketing Officer for Hooters of America. “This is going to be a thrilling once in a lifetime opportunity for our attendees to be a part of a Guinness Book of World Record.”
